FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING of $7.00 for all customers. 

Shipping and Rates

STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY GUARANTEE: Natural Family Medicine will make every attempt to  provide three (3) business day delivery for patients to addresses within the United States. Some products involve shipping from 3rd party warehouses and will require six (6) business days to ship.

Alaska, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands also receive shipments within our delivery guarantee; however an additional $5.00 charge will be applied to all orders shipped to these addresses.

Orders shipped to US Post Office Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) at the carrier book rate; delivery of these orders will be delayed by one (1) business day. We also offer guaranteed Overnight and Saturday Overnight delivery at the carrier book rate (based on weight and distance).

Orders should be placed via phone or web with payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.


International Orders

Due to extended shipment time frames, most U.S. territories (like Puerto Rico and Guam) are not included in our two-day professional/three-day patient shipping guarantee. To place an international (outside U.S.) order, call (888) 534-3238 or place your order online. All international orders are charged UPS book rate (whenever possible). Natural Family Medicine is not liable for delays or losses due to Customs or import taxes and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry.


Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy

Products requiring shipment in a cool environment (perishable and frozen items) are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature to ensure customers receive products in good condition. Natural Family Medicine recommends that heat sensitive products ship with Overnight delivery. Heat sensitive products ordered after 6:30 pm Thursday and before 6:30 pm on Friday will be shipped out Monday when Overnight delivery is requested. Heat sensitive items are not eligible for return credit.

Special Order Items

Some products listed on our website and in our catalog are not kept in stock; these items are listed as ‘Special Order Items’ and are ordered upon your request. Special order items ship at the carrier’s book rate and are not eligible for return unless damaged.


Out of Stock Items

If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive the remainder of your order with the out of stock item on back order. We will ship your out of stock item as soon as it is available, usually within 10–14 business days. You will not be charged for additional shipping.
